Sarah has over 14 years of experience in operations management. Prior to joining Genesis Strategies, Sarah worked in human resources and as an executive assistant for an insurance company in Dallas, Texas. Sarah’s career experience also includes extensive event planning and management. As the founder and principal of her own consulting firm, Sarah worked as a personal assistant, helping individuals and small businesses with their bookkeeping and administrative needs. Sarah is a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in English and History.
Lucy Murphy
Lucy brings eight years of corporate experience to Genesis Strategies. She spent five years supporting the CEO’s learning and development curriculum at a Fortune 500 insurance company, followed by three years in management at a human resources consulting firm. Her expertise is in project management and writing. Her strengths lie in management, operations and continuous improvement. Prior to founding Genesis Strategies, Lucy spent three years as the principal of her own grantwriting firm where she focused on rural healthcare. She enjoys contributing to the goals of rural organizations to offer the same quality and range of services that urban organizations have. Lucy has a degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University.
